Ordinance No.SP-1847, S-2008 - Authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr., to acquire by purchase or by expropriation proceedings that portion of a parcel of land with an area of fifteen (15) square meters, situated in Barangay San Isidro Galas, Quezon City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-225762 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Alegar Corporation, to be used as a Road Right-Of-Way (Alley) for the residents of Don Benito Street, and appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose.
