(Gavino TIEA Property) represented by its President, Mr. Angel Postigo, subject to the conditions prescribed under the existing Implementring Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Blg. 220 and Quezon City Ordinance no. SP-56, S-93.
