Ordinance No.SP-2235, S-2013- Imposing an Annual Garbage fee on all domestic households for non-compliance thereof.

Ordinance No. SP-2234, S-2013 - Approving an Annual Budget of the Quezon City government for Calendar Year 2014 in the amount of Thirteen Billion Four Hundred Seventy Million Fifty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Six Pesos(Php13,476,056,756.00) covering the various expenditures for the operation of the city government and appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose.

Ordinance No. SP-2233, S-2013 - Accrediting the eight hundred twenty-eight (828) Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO's) and Peoples Organization (PO's) pursuant to the provisions of the local government code of 1991 and its implementing rule and regulations, in relation to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-73.

Ordinance No. SP-2232, S-2013- Establishing the guidelines for the transfer of Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund to other Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Councils which declared under state of calamity.

Ordinance No. SP-2231, S-2013 - Approving the subdivision plan of the United Area C Talanay Neighborhood Association, Inc., with fourteen (14) lots, and direct sale program, registered in the name of Patricia B. Castelo, et.al, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-47665 (365262) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of one thousand thirty six (1,036) square meters and lcoated at lot 8, block 21, PCS-2874, Kagawad Road, Area C, Sitio Talanay, Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by its President Pilar C. Bioy, with office address at the same project location, as variance pursuant to sectgion 9, rule lll of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.

Ordinance No. SP-2230, S-2013 - Approving the subdivision plan of Magkakaisang Kapisanan Kapitbahay Matandang Balara Inc., (Magkakasama) with thirty (30) lots, community mortgage program (cmp) originated by Quezon City government located at lot 40, SWO-16801, Laura Street, Purok 3, Area 5, Barangay Matandang Balara, Quezon City registered in the name of Magkakaisang Kapisanan Kapitbahay sa Matandang Balara, Inc., (MAGKAKASAMA IV), covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 114722 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of one thousand (1,000) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President, Mr. Romeo E. Escober with office address at the same project location, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. S-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.

Ordinance No. SP-2228, S-2013 - Amending Ordinance No. SP-1508, S-2005, authorizing the City Treasurer to accept as an alternative mode payment for taxes and fees from taxpayers through the use of over the counter payments in accredited banks, internet banking automated tellers machine and mobile money and other purposes.

Ordinance No. SP-2227, S-2013 - Imposing an additional one peso (Php1.00) to the admission fees to all cinemas in Quezon City from November 1 to 30 2013 the proceeds thereof to be donated to the Quezon City National Red Cross.

Ordinance No.SP-2225 S-2013- Approving the subdivision plan of Cubao Townhouse with nineteen(19) units/three(3) storey townhouse located at lots 1 and 30 block 19th Avenue, Barangay San Roque, Quezon City, registered in the name of spouses Dante and Rosario Bombales covered by transfer certificates of title numbered N-319240 and N-326322 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, consisting an agrregate area of one thousand forty two square meters and fifty square decimeters (1,042-50) and represented by its President Santos B. Romano (Proactive asset builders corporation) with office address at Laredo Condominium, Laredo St., Palana, Makati City as variance pursuant to section 4, rule l of the revised implementing standards, rules and regulations of presidential decree 957 otherwise known as the subdivision and condominium buyer's protective decree.

Ordinance No. SP-2204, S-2013 - Approving the subdivision plan of Payatas Clans 2-E Homeowners Association, Inc., with one hundred fifty-Seven (157) lots, Community Mortgage Program (CMP) of the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), being originated by the Center for Urban Poor Services (CUPS), Inc. and located at lot 2-E, PSD-000-058548, San Juan Bautista and San Miguel Streets, Barangay Payatas, Quezon City, Metro Manila registered in the name of the Manila Remnant Co., Inc., covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-256898 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing a total project area of six thousand seventy four (6,074) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President, Gavina E. Ordinance No. NC-222, S-1991- Approving the annual budget of the Quezon City government for calendar year 1992 in the total amount of one billion two hundred sixteen million three thousand and five hundred forty-two pesos(P 1,216,003,542.00) covering the various expenditures of the city government for the year 1992 and appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose.

Ordinance No. NC-221, S-1991- Appropriating the amount of one million four hundred ninety six thousand eight hundred five and 39/100 pesos (P 1,496,805.39) from any available funds in the city treasury for construction of roof over basketball court including drainage electrical wirings, fence, two (2) units comfort room and painting located at Victory Avenue, Barangay Tatalon, Quezon City Metro Manila.

Ordinance No. NC-220, S-1991- Appropriating the sum of four hundred thousand pesos (P 400,000.00) to be made available as financial assistance to the city of Ormoc, Bago and La Carlota which were greatly devastated by the flash floods brought about by typhoon Uring.

Ordinance No. NC-217, S-1991- Amending Ordinance No. NC-201, S-91 providing for the payment of the Mid-year bonus, so as to increase the minimum period of service requirement from two (2) months to four (4) months and to require the refund of the amount which may have been received by officials and employees who will retire, resign or transfer to another office on or before October 31, 1991 in order to conform with Republic Act No. 6686.

Ordinance No.NC-215, S-1991- Approving Supplemental Budget No.3 for Calendar Year 1991 involving the sum of one hundred nineteen million five hundred thirteen thousand one hundred fifty three pesos (P119,513,153.00) under the General Fund and twenty million nine hundred four thousand seven hundred sixty three pesos (20,904,763.00) under the Infrastructure Fund, and providing funds therefor.

Ordinance No. NC-213, S-1991- Imposing certain requirements before any building or business permit is issued by virtue of a Locational Clearance issued by the Metropolitan Manila Authority whereby building structures and commercial or industrial establishments will be erected, established and operated in residential areas, and providing penalties for violations thereof.

Ordinance No. NC-212, S-1991- Providing special discounts to patrons of moviehouses in Quezon City for the period October 6,1991 to October 12, 1991 chargeable against the amusement tax due to the city, in celebration of the 52nd Quezon City Foundation Anniversary.

Ordinance No. NC-211, S-1991- Providing for the imposition of permit fees, slaughter fess, post mortem fees, and corral fees of animals in Quezon City and providing penalties for violation thereof.

Ordinance No. NC-210, S-1991- Creating twenty five (25) Plantilla Positions under the City Treasurer's Office.

Ordinance No. NC-209, S-1991- Appropriating the amount of one hundred thousand pesos (P 100,000.00) as contribution of the Quezon City Government to the Metro Manila Councilors League (MMCL) in support of its various programs, projects and activities, to be taken from any available funds of the City Treasury.

Ordinance No. NC-208, S-1991- Authorizing the payment of per diems to the Sergeant - at - Arms of the City Council and his four (4) Deputy Sergeant - at - Arms at three hundred pesos (P300.00) and at one hundred pesos (P100.00) each per session, respectively, and appropriating the sum of sixty four thousand eight hundred pesos (P64,800.00) for the purpose.

Ordinance No. NC-184, S-1990- Approving the Annual Budget of the Quezon City Government for Calendar Year 1991 in the total amount of one hundred billion four hundred thirty-five million one hundred ninety-four thousand nine hundred twenty-five pesos (P 1,435,194,925.00) covering the various expenditures of the City Government for 1991 and appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose.

Ordinance No. NC-182, S-1990- Approving Supplemental Budget No.7 under the General Fund and Supplemental Budget no.6 under the Infrastructure Fund for Calendar Year 1990 involving the sum of six million eight hundred thirty-five thousand two hundred pesos (P 6,835,200.00) eight million five hundred seventy nine thousand five hundred twenty pesos (P 8,579,520.00) respectively and providing funds for the purpose.

Ordinance No. NC-180, S-1990- Penalizing the construction of dwelling units and structures for any purpose in Quezon City without duly notarized written consent of the owner of private land or the approval of the Head of Office, Bureau or Agency of the government having jurisdiction over the government land and providing penalty for violation thereof.

Ordinance No. NC-179, S-1990- Appropriating the amount of one million fifty thousand pesos (P 1,050,000.00) out of any available funds of the City Treasury to be made available as financial assistance to the typhoon victims in the Visayas and Mindanao resulting from fury and devastation caused by typhoon Ruping on November 8, 1990.

Ordinance No. NC-177, S-1990- Increasing the Clothing Allowance of all employees of Quezon City Hall from six hundred pesos (P 600.00) to one thousand two hundred pesos (P 1,200.00) and appropriating the funds therefor, subject to the exemption from Memorandum Circular No. 52 issued by President.

Ordinance No. NC-176, S-1990- Appropriating the amount of nine million pesos (P 9,000,000.00) out of any available funds of the City Treasury as financial assistance by way of providing cash loans to the fire victim families of Barangay Escopa II and Barangay Escopa IV in the 3rd District of Quezon City, and for other purposes.

Ordinance No. NC-175, S-1990- Giving cash reward to any person or persons who shall provide information causing the arrest and the filing of the complaint or information with the proper court of any person or persons for any of the acts defined and penalized under Republic Act no.6425 otherwise known as the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972 subject to the Implementing Guidelines formulated by the Quezon City Anti-drug Abuse Council (QCADAC) the Office of the City Prosecutor and the Office of the City Treasurer and appropriating one million pesos (P 1,000,000.00) for the purpose.

Ordinance No. NC-172, S-1990- Prohibiting urinating, defecating and indiscriminate disposal of waste, trash and any form of garbage in public places, except in any designated, allowable areas or places in Quezon City and providing penalties for violations thereof.

Ordinance No. NC-171, S-1990- Approving supplemental budget No.5 under the general fund and supplemental budget No.4 under infrastructure fund for Calendar Year 1990 involving the sum of sixty-two million eight hundred ninety-six thousand five hundred seventy-two pesos (P62,896,572.00) and one million two hundred thirty-six thousand pesos (P 1,236,000.00) respectively, and providing funds for the purpose.

Ordinance No. NC-169, S-1990- Regulating the operation of motor vehicle driving schools/institutes or training schools for drivers in Quezon City and providing penalties for violations thereof.

Ordinance No. NC-168, S-1990- Upgrading the Social Welfare Services Division to a Department to be known as the Social Services Development Department providing for its functions, and appropriating the amount of eleven million four hundred fifty-eight thousand and twenty pesos(P 11,458,020.00) out of any available funds in the City Treasury to cover the funding requirements thereof.

Ordinance No. NC-167, S-1990- Increasing the Longevity Pay of Quezon City officials and employees from ten pesos(P 10.00) to fifity pesos (P50.00) for every five years of continuous services effective July 1, 1989; and appropriating the necessary funds therefor.

Ordinance No.NC-166, S-1990- Creating one(1) New Division in the City Budget Office and fourteen(14) additional positions to enable to carry out its functions; and appropriating the amount of two hundred seventy-seven thousand two hundred eighty-five pesos(P 277,285.00) out of any available funds in the City Treasury for the purpose.

Ordinance No.NC-165, S-1990- Realigning and denominating the appropriation of the sum of eight million seven hundred thousand pesos (P 8,700,000.00) under capital outlay (motor vehicles-P 7,500,000.00) and (motor cycles-P 1,200,000.00) of the people patrol group covered by Ordinance No. NC-158, s-1990 (1990 supplemental budget no.4 general fund) to and as financial assistance and/or aid to the Quezon City police station(department), this city.

Ordinance No.NC-164, S-1990- Appropriating the balance of the fund established under Ordinance No. NC-105, S-1989 (Special Foundation Tax) in the amount of four hundred fifty-five thousand four hundred eight pesos and seventy centavos(P455,408.70) for the construction and operation of the Quezon City Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, including the expenses of the Task Force - QCDTRC created under Executive Order No.15 of the City Mayor.

Ordinance No.NC-163, S-1990- Creating the position of Legislative Liaison Officer, providing for his compensation, powers and duties a appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose.

Ordinance No.NC-162, S-1990- Appropriating the amount of three million five hundred thousand pesos (P 3,500,000.00) for the the purchase of scientific apparatus and equipment to be distributed to the different secondary schools in Quezon City.

Ordinance No.NC-159, S-1990- Launching a fund solicitation drive in Quezon City for the victims of the killer-earthquake that hit the country on July 16, 1990 creating a committee for the purpose, appropriating the sum of one million pesos (P 1,000,000.00) as the city's contribution therefor.

Ordinance No.NC-158, S-1990- Approving Supplemental Budget No.4 under the General Fund and Supplemental Budget No.3 under the Infrastructure Fund for Calendar Year 1990 involving the sum of ninety-nine million five hundred eighty- four thousand six hundred fifty-three pesos (P 99,584,653.00) and six million seven hundred fifty thousand pesos (P 6,750,000.00) respectively and providing funds for the purpose.

Ordinance No.NC-156, S-1990- Providing for a site within the City Hall Compound for the COMELEC building and appropriating the amount of two million pesos(P 2,000,000.00) for the purpose.

Ordinance No.NC-155, S-1990- Approving Supplemental Budget no.3 under the General Fund and Supplemental Budget No.2 under the Infrastructure Fund for the Calendar Year 1990 which implement the provisions of Ordinance No. NC-143, S-1990 placing under the sole and direct supervision of the City Mayor Developmental Projects and transferring the sum of seventy-nine million one hundred eleven thousand and seventy-one pesos(P79,111,071.00) from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Fund and re-appropriating one million pesos (P1,000,000.00) to the Office of the City Council under the Account of Public Assistance/Social Amelioration Fund.

Ordinance No. NC-154, S-1990- Providing for the expanded duties, functions and/or responsibilities of the City Administrator and the Secretary to the City Mayor, and creating the positions of Assistant City Administrator for Operations, Assistant City Administrator for General Affairs, Assistant City Administrator for Fiscal Affairs, and another Assistant Secretary to the City Mayor and their respective staff, appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose, and repealing Ordinance No. NC-32, S-1989 and other pertinent ordinances.

Ordinance No.NC-153, S-1990- Prohibiting any person to display or attach any streamer, sticker, decals, pamphlet, tin plates, cardboards, billboards, or other advertising paraphernalia which will give notice, advertisement and/or endorsement for any film showing, business or professional services or similar activities or undertakings to any Meralco post or other facilities of public utilities such as street sign post and/or traffic light/signal post, portion of bridges and overpasses and providing penalties for violation thereof.

Ordinance No.NC-152, S-1990- Authorizing the City Treasurer of Quezon City to post at conspicuous public places a listing of all delinquent real estate and business taxpayers, and providing penalties for violations thereof.

Ordinance No.NC-151, S-1990- Increasing the monthly commutable allowance of the one hundred ten(110) Quezon City Barangay Nutrition Scholars(QCBNS) from four hundred pesos(P400.00) to six hundred pesos(P600.00) from January 1, 1989 to December 31, 1989 and appropriating the amount of two hundred sixty-four thousand pesos(P264,000,00) from any available funds of the City Treasury for the purpose.

Ordinance No. NC-150, S-1990- Appropriating the sum of twelve million seven hundred fifty thousand pesos (P12,750,000.00) to be taken from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund and Infrastructure Fund under the 1990 City Budget (Ordinance No.127, S-1989) to be made available for the Mid-year Bonus of the Quezon City Government employees.

Ordinance No. NC-149, S-1990- To regulate the operation of the city swimming pool at Bernardo Park and prescribing fees therefor.

Ordinance No. NC-147, S-1990- Prohibiting butchers(mataderos) from bringing their tools of trade outside their respective places of work and providing penalties for violations thereof.

Ordinance No.NC-146, S-1990- Establishing the Quezon City Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center and appropriating the amount of nineteen million seven hundred sixty-two thousand pesos (P19,762,000.00) for the purpose.

Ordinance No.NC-144, S-1990 Providing for the revision and updating of numbering system for all dwelling units, residential houses, hotels, apartments, institutional edifices, business, mercantile and industrial buildings and other permanent structures in Quezon City authorizing the use of uniform house number plates; and appropriating the amount of six million pesos (P6,000,000.00) to cover the cost thereof.

Ordinance No. NC-143, S-90 - Amending the 1990 Annual Budget of Quezon City approved under Ordinance No. NC-127, S-89 so as to place under the sole and direct supervision of the City Mayor Developmental Projects provided for under the Infrastructure Fund, and so as to transfer the sum of eight million one hundred eleven thousand seventy-one pesos (P80,111,071.) from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Fund.

Ordinance No. NC-72, S-88 - Approving the 1989 Annual Budget in the sum of six hundred thirteen million six hundred seventy - eight thousand two hundred pesos (P 613, 678, 200.) to cover the various expenditures of the city government for the Calendar Year 1989, five hundred sixty million fifty-two thousand five hundred pesos (P 560, 052, 500.00) of which pertain to the General Fund and fifty-three million six hundred twenty-five thousand seven hundred pesos (P 53, 625, 700.00) to the Infrastructure Fund; and providing the necessary fund therefor.

Ordinance No. NC-71, S-1988 - Ordaining the declaration and reservation of Payatas Estate in Quezon City as Socialized Housing and Mini Commercial/Industrial sites for the benefit of the landless residence of Quezon City and providing penalty for violation thereof.

Ordinance No. NC-70, S-88 - Approving Supplemental Budget No.6 under the general fund involving the sum of seventeen million four hundred sixty-four thousand nine hundred thirty-eight pesos (P 17, 464, 938.00) and Supplemental Budget No. 5 under the infrastructure fund involving the sum of two million six hundred fifteen thousand seven hundred eighty-five pesos (P 2, 615, 785,00.) to cover the various expenses of the City Government; and providing the necessary funds therefor.

Ordinance No. NC-69, S-1988 - Requiring the planting of trees, prohibiting its destruction and providing penalties thereof.

Ordinance No. NC - 68, S-1988 - Establishing a Police Sub-station at Project 4, Quezon City and appropriating the amount of one million five hundred forty six thousand and four hundred pesos (P 1, 546,400.00) as financial assistance for the purpose.

Ordinance No. NC - 65, S-88 - Approving Supplemental Budget No.4 under the General Fund involving twenty-six million seven hundred forty four thousand five hundred thirty-three pesos (P 26, 744, 533.00) and Supplement Budget No.3 under the Infrastructure Fund involving fourteen million four hundred seventy-one thousand four hundred ninety-six pesos (P 14, 471, 496.00) to cover the payment of the prior years obligations and current year expenses of the various offices and activities of the City Government; and providing the necessary funds therefor.

Ordinance No. NC - 63, S-1988 - Authorizing the Committee on Ways and Means of the City Council to undertake a study, for purposes of review, revision, amendment, updating and codification of existing Tax Laws, Revenue Codes, Ordinances, Rules and Regulations pertaining to collection of revenues for the City and providing funds for the purpose.


Ordinance No. NC - 61, S-1988 - Creating certain Contractual Positions under the Health Department for the operation on a 24-hour basis of the Health Centers in Tatatlon, Galas, Imelda (Kalayaan) and Cubao of the 4th District, San Francisco Del Monte and Bago-Bantay of the 1st District, Commonwealth and Banlat of the 2nd District, Ermin Garcia and Project 4 of the 3rd District all located in Quezon City, pursuant to Ordinance No. NC - 6, S - 88.
