Ordinance No. SP-1610, S-2005- Providing exemption from payment of registration fee by Parents or Guardians whose gross income does not exceed Sixty Thousand Pesos (P60,000) annualy in the Registration of Live Birth of a child with the City Civil Registry recognizing the Right of the Child to bear a name and status for a lifetime and providing further penalties for the violation thereof.
