Ordinance No. SP-1688, S-2006 - Requiring every Medical Mission to be conducted within the jurisdiction of Quezon City to give notice and coordinate with the City Health Department and/or the Quezon City General Hospital for any program or activity involving minor and/or major Surgical Operation, Medical or Dental Services and providing penalties for violation thereof.
