Ordinance No. SP-1560, S-2005 - Mandating that all personnel of Barangay Disaster Coordinating Councils in Quezon City should undergo periodic training and refresher courses in Safety and Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in order to improve the capability of such Councils to immediately address such incidents and problems in their areas of jurisdiction.
