Belmonte, Jr., to negotiate for the Acquisition of a Parcel of Land which is located at Blas Roque Street, Barangay Bagbag, Quezon City, with transfer certificate of title no. 384098- PR-16120 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, which is being used as road right-of-way by the residents of the Aforementioned Area.
