Monica, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Samahang Magkakapitbahay Area VI Sitio Arguardiente Homeowners Association, Inc. (Solomon-bulos Property), as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule II of the Implementing Rules, standards and regulations of Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
