Ordinance No. SP-2244, S-2013 - Strictly implementing the maximum allowable speed limit in all subdivision in Quezon City, as set forth by Republic Act No. 4136 and Ordinance No. SP-1444, S-2004, otherwise known as the Traffic Management Code of Quezon City, apprehending and penalizing violators thereof.
