Joson covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 54328 (134414) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of eight hundred seventy six (876) square meters, as apllied for by its HOA President Mr. Cirilo T. Dizon, with office address at the same project location as variance pursuant to section 9, rule lll of the implementing standards rules and regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
