Ordinance No. SP-2177, S-2012 - Approving the subdivision plan of Villa Hermano IV Subdivision Phase II (The Princess Homes) with one hundred eighty five (185) lots located at, Panganiban Corner Diego Silang St., Bgy. Sta. Lucia, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Diansapabe & Sons Realty, Inc. covered by transafer certificate of title numbered 004-201201393 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City consisting an aggregate area of seventeen thousand eighty one (17,081) square meters as represented by its President and General Manager, Mary Jane P. Villarosa with office address at block 17, lot 6, Sacred Heart Village, Quirino Highway, Novaliches, Caloocan City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of the Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and presidential decree 957 otherwise known as the subdivision and condominium buyer''s protective decree.
