Masesar and Covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-92282 (T-313206) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, Containing an area of Six Hundred Ninety Three (693.00) Square Meters, Located at Lot 777-A-3-B-3-B, (LRC) PSD-96680, Proposed Visayas Avenue, Roque 1, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as Applied for by its President, MR. Henry A. Caranto with office address at the same project location, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations known as the Presidential Decree No. 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyers Protective Decree.
