Ordinance No. SP-2073, S-2011- Authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista to acquire by purchase or expropriation that property situated in Bicol Street, Barangay Payatas, Quezon City covered by Transfer Certificates of Title numbered 19094 and 19093 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City consisting of twenty five thousand three hundred sixty two(25,362) square meters and five thousand one hundred two(5,102) square meters respectively, for a road improvement project and appropriating the amount of two million five hundred ninety thousand pesos (P 2,590,000.00) for the purpose.
