Ordinance No. SP- 2062, S-2011- Requiring all hospitals, medical clinics, and similar Medical Institutions operating within the territorial jurisdiction of Quezon City to post a copy of a Republic Act No. 9439 entitled " An act prohibiting the detention of patients in hospitals and medical clinics on grounds of nonpayment of hospital bills or medical expenses.
