Ordinance No. SP-2042, S-2011 - Approving the subdivision plan of Villa Grande Subdivision with seventy eight (78) lots (2 commercial lots and 76 residential lots) consisting an aggregate area of eleven thousand four hundred seventy two square meters and five square decimeters (11,472.05) covered by Transfer Certificates of Title numbered RT-86993 (159927) and N-329283 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Gregoria Malinao and Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company, located at lot 47-B-2-A-2, (LRC) PSD-128444 and lot 2, PCS-13-001869, Tandang Sora Avenue Extension, Barangay Baesa, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Citihomes Realty, Incorporated, represented by its President, Emeterio A. Eugenio with office address at Unit D and E, Citiplaza Commercial Complex, Tandang Sora Avenue corner Visayas Avenue, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer/s Protective Decree.
