Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-1838, S-2008 " Approving the subdivision plan of Citiplaza 1 and 2 (Commercial/Residential Subdivision) with ninety two (92) lots containing an aggregate area of eleven thousand four hundred thirty (11,430.00) square meters, covered by transfer certificates of title numbered (N-314690 to 99, N-3094700 to 14, N-313250 to 51. N-313254 to 55, N-309406) and (N-289726, N-289729, 364255, 364257 to 63) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City registered in the name of Citihomes Realty Inc. and David O. at el., located at Tandang Sora Avenue, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Mr. Emeterio A. Eugenio- President (Citihomes REalty, Inc.) with office address at 2nd floor M. Nova Realty Bldg., Mindanao Avenue, Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City in compliance with the minimum requirements of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of the Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957 otherwise known as the subdivision and condominium buyer's protective decree.
