Ordinance No. SP-57, S-1993- Establishing the Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) as embodied in Republic Act No.7432, otherwise known as the Senior Citizens' Law, providing the necessary appropriation for its operation and maintenance and for other purposes.
