Ordinance No. 4667, S-1961 - Amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2402, Series of 1955, so as to include Vice Barrio Lieutenants among those exempted from the provisions of Section One of the said Ordinance which provides for the payment of Service Fees for Police Clearance Certificates issued by the Quezon City Police Department.
