Ordinance No. 4706, S- 1961 - Appropriating One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos to cover wages of Emergency Laborers under the Division of City Public Services, for the period from March 7 to 15, 1961, said amount to be taken from any available funds in the City Treasury.
