Ordinance No. 4665, S-1961- Authorizing Night Clubs, Bars, Restaurants and Cocktail Lounges in Quezon City to remain open to sell and serve liquor up to 3:00 o'clock in the morning, and repealing all or any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof inconsistent hereto.
