Ordinance No. 7759, S-1969 - Requiring the construction of concrete sidewalk, curbs and gutters and the furnishing of materials for the installation of concrete drainage pipes on public street shall be undertaken by the owner of the building to be constructed on any lot abutting such city street and providing penalties for violation thereof.
