Ordinance No. SP-2356, S-1955 An ordinance amending section 2 of Ordinance No.531, as amended by Ordinance 2230, so as to reduce the surcharge provided therein from 5% to 20% and exempting housing projects 1,2,3, and 4 of the People's Homesite and Housing Corporation from the operation and requirements of Ordinance No. 531 as amended until such time that said lots and houses are sold to the tenants thereof by the government.
