Ordinance No. SP-617, S-98 - Ratifying the Deeds of Absolute Sale entered into between the Araneta Institute of Agriculture, Inc. (AIA) and the Sahara Management and Development Corporation (SMDC) as vendors, and the Quezon City Government as vendee, covering the sale of more than 1.4 hectares of land located at Sitio Mendez, Barangay Baesa, Quezon City, and appropriating the amount of two million five hundred fifty one thousand two hundred pesos (P2,551,200.00) to pay the balance of the purchase price of said properties.
