Ordinance No. 4998, S- 62 - Reserving and allotting the Northwest-Southwest Quadrant of the Bernardo Park, Quezon City Bordering Epifanio De los Santos Avenue and K-F Street along the northwest axis, and bordering the Quezon City Girls Scout Council, QCPD Basketball Court, and Quezon City Police Department along the Southwest axis, for the construction and establishment thereon of a Youth Center Building to be sponsored by the Junior Chamber of Commerce of the Quezon City (Capitol Jaycees).
