Ordinance No. 4971, S-1962- Further amending the zoning map of Quezon City as prepared by the National Planning Commission and adopted by the City Council under Resolution No. 2370, Series of 1955, so as to convert the lots of one Natividad Turla, bounded by Roosevelt Avenue, Pitimini and Osmeña Streets, San Francisco Del Monte from Residential Zone to Industrial Zone.
