Ordinance No. 4924, S-1962- Amending Section 37 of Ordinance No. 2894, series of 1956, otherwise known as the "Zoning Regulations for the Capital City," so as authorize the Ysmael Steel to establish within its compound a foundry and motor assembly plant, under certain conditions.
