Ordinance No. SP-1685, S-2006 - Prohibiting the Sale on Retail in all Sari-Sari or Convenient Stores located within the territorial jurisdiction of Quezon City of the substance commonly known as “Rugby” which street children and others who cannot afford the high cost of Shabu and other prohibited drugs, use as a substitute thereof.
