Ordinance No. SP-644, S-98 - Authorizing the Honorable Ismael A. Mathay, Jr., City Mayor of Quezon City, to withdraw from public use the dead-end portion of San Jose Street Located at Barangay San Antonio, and to allow Unang Lingap Kapwa Phils., Inc., a charitable organization, to utilize the said dead-end portion for the construction of a Multi-Purpose Center thereat, in response to Barangay Resolution No. 28, S-97 Of Barangay San Antonio.
