Ordinance No. SP-1671, S-2006 - Approving the subdivision plan of Vista Real Classica Phase 1-E-1 with twelve (12) lots containing an area of five thousand ninety seven (5,097.00)square meters covered by Transfer Certificate of Title numbered RT-59306 (66169) and Phase 4-A with fourteen (14) lots containing an area of five thousand seven hundred ninety six (5,796.00) square meters covered by Transfer Certificate of Title numbered RT-101346 (301269) and located at Lot 23 PCS-2587 and Lot 7-4, (LRC) PSD-4526. Respectively, Vista Real Subdivision, Barangay Matandang Balara, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc., represented by Exequiel D.
