Ordinance No. SP-2805, S-2019 - An Ordinance appropriating five million pesos (PHP5,000,000,00) as cash reward to anyone who will provide information that will lead to the arrest of the perpetrators of the murder of Punong Barangay Crisell B. Beltran of Barangay Bagong Silangan, District II, Quezon City, to be taken from any available funds of the City, subject to existing accounting and Auditing rules and procedures.
