Ordinance No. SP-2317, S-2014 - An Ordinance Authorizing the City Mayor, Hon. Herbert M. Bautista, to acquire through negotiated sale or expropriation a parcel of land identified as Lot 113-B-3 PSD-10809 covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. RT-97874 (57558), containing a gross area of thirty four thousand two hundred twenty five (34,225) square meters, more or less registered under the name of M.S Florendo and Sons, Inc., located along Payatas Road, Barangay Payatas, Quezon City, purposely to be utilized and developed as the site of the new Quezon City Jail.
