Ordinance No. SP-2288, S-2014 - Authorizing the City Mayor Honorable Herbert M. Bautista, to initiate an expropriation proceedings for the acquisition of two (2) adjoining parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered RT-100992 and RT-100993 respectively, registered under the name of A.O. Knitting Manufacturing Company Inc., containing a land area of nineteen thousand eight hundred forty one (19,841) square meters, more or less located at Barangay Sauyo, Quezon City, for the Eventual Development into Socialized Housing and appropriating the amount of ten million pesos (P10,000,000.00) chargeable against the City Mayor's Fund for Fiscal Year 2014 for partial payment of just compensation for the subject properties.
