Ordinance No. 4989, S-62 - Further amending the Zoning Map of Quezon City as prepared by the National Planning Commission and adopted by the City Council under Resolution No. 2370, series of 1965, so as to re-classify the area bounded by Mulawin Street, Rosario Drive, and Boston Street from Residential to Light Industrial Zone under certain conditions.
