Ordinance No. 4930, S-62 - Amending Ordinance No. 4877, Series of 1961, converting that block bounded on the North by South 16, on the East by South, on the South by South 17, and on the West by South D, Diliman, Quezon City, from Residence-2 Zone to Industrial-1 Zone, so as to authorize the establishment of a car assembly plant thereon under certain conditions.
