Ordinance No. 4658, S-1961- Appropriating One Hundred Forty- Four Pesos to cover the payment of meal allowance at the rate of not exceeding two pesos per meal each to Messrs. Julio M. Reyes and Reynaldo C. Arceo of the Office of the Mayor while rendering overtime services from October 10, 1960 to January 12, 1961, the amount to be taken from the appropriation for transportation and communication of the Office of the Mayor.
