Ordinance No. SP-2110, S-2011- Granting a special use permit to allow Millennium Bingo Fun Gaming Corporation to establish Bingo Hall at the 3rd floor of FMC, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue, Corner Regalado Avenue, Fairview, Quezon City for the purpose of holding Bingo Games subject to the Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
