Ordinance No. SP-2037, S-2010 - Approving the subdivision plan of a mixed-use Residential/Commercial Townhouse Subdivision with One Hundred Ninety(190) Residential Townhouses and Thirty Three Thousand Forty Two(33,042.00) square meters covered by Transfer Certificates of Titles Nos. 147391 and 147392 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City as applied for by the Eton Properties Philippines Inc., with office address at 12/F Ayala Bank Center No.6754 Ayala Avenue, Makati City Metro Manila in compliance with the minimum requirements of the implementing standards rules and regulations of Quezon City No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No.957 or otherwise known as the subdivision and condominium buyer's protective decree.
