Moral (vendor), and located at upper Banlat, Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Samahang Pagkakaisa ng Upper Banlat Homeowners Association, Inc. (vendee), subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
