Ordinance No. SP-1971, S-2009 - Authorizing the sale of four hundred eighty-five square meters and ten square decimeters (285.10) property acquired by the city through an auction sale on June 27, 2007, located at No. 35 Bataan Road, Garcia Heights, Barangay Holy Spirit, in favor of the bona-fide members of the Samahang Magkakapit-Bahay ng Bataan Street, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, Inc., who are the actual occupants thereat.
