Ordinance No. SP-1185, S-2002 - Amending section 2 of Ordinance no. NC-86, S-89, so as to increase the per diem of members of the liquor licensing and regulatory board, thereby adjusting the rate from the amount allocated twelve (12) years ago in 1989 to an now commensurate to the task and the present monetary valuation and economic situation considering that they are not regularly employed and therefore not receiving any salary.
