Ordinance No. SP-1164, S-2002 - Repealing Ordinance No. 5900, S-64, prohibiting the formation or organization of notorious gangs like the "Bahala Na", Sigue-Sigue", "OXO" "Sputnik" and others of similar character, and use or sporting of tatoo by members thereof for the perpetuation of notorious or nefarious acts, and providing penalties thereof.
