Ordinance No. SP-699, S-98 - Approving the subdivision plan of a residential subdivision with one hundred sixty-three (163) lots (community mortgage program), containing an area of eleven thousand seven hundred ninety-seven (11,797) square meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 112206 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Financiera Manila, Inc. (vendor), and located at lot 41 C-2-MM 2-B-2, PSD-13-001904, Carmencita Street, Dulo, Doña Carmen Subdivision, Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City, as applied for by the Samahan ng Nagkakaisang Damdamin ng Talon Payatas, Inc. (SANDATA-PA), (vendee), subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
