Ordinance No. SP-591, S-97 - Authorizing his honor, the Mayor of Quezon City to negotiate for the acquisition and use of certain parcels of land situated at Barangay Bagong Silangan owned by Violago Homes, which are being used as road right-of-way by the residents of Barangay Bagong Silangan leading to Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
