Ordinance No. SP-611, S-98 - Increasing the price of movie tickets in all theaters and cinema houses in Quezon City by One Pesos (P 1.00) only for the entire month of February 1998 and appropriating the proceeds thereof to the Quezon City Chapter of the Philippine National Red Cross as a manifestation of support to its humanitarian endeavors for the people of Quezon City for the past Fifty (50) years and as a contribution of the Chapter's Golden Anniversary.
