Ordinance No. SP-546, S-97 - Authorizing his honor, Mayor Ismael A. Mathay, Jr., to enter into a contract of negotiated sale over 1.4 hectares of the 6.2 hectare property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 28463 located at Sitio Mendez, Barangay Baesa, Quezon City, and appropriating the sum of thirty million pesos (P30,000,000.00) for the purpose.
