Ordinance No. SP-815, S-1999 - Amending Ordinance No. SP-799, S-99, Authorizing all cinema owners and operators to increase their ticket prices by One Peso (P1.00) during the Month of October 1999, by extending the duration thereof to November 15, 1999.
