Ordinance No. SP-3414, S-2025 An Ordinance granting an amnesty for the renewal or revalidation of the franchise granted to pedicab operators and driver's associations (PODAS) which had expired for more than six (months) covering the years 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 under the route measured capacity (RMC) and holiday on all regulatory and other charges imposed by the Quezon City Government for the registration and renewal of their pedicab units.
