Dela Fuente, containing an area of more or less, ten thousand seven hundred sixty-six (10,766) square meters, located in Sitio Kumunoy, Barangay Bagong Silangan, Quezon City, and allowing disposition of the same in favor of qualified on-site informal settler families (ISFs) under the Direct Sale Program of LGU-QC.
