Ordinance No. SP-2736, S-2018 - An ordinance declaring the properties forfeited in favor of the Quezon City Government (QCG) through an auction sale identified as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Block 7 and Lot 28, Block 7, all of PCS-04-000208, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) number 258066, 258067, 258068, 258069, 258070, 258071 and 258093, respectively, previously owned by Royal Monarch Real Estate Corporation, containing a gross area of more or less three thousand eight hundred eleven (3,811) square meters, located in Barangay Kaligayahan, Quezon City for the benefit of the City's qualified Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
