Ordinance No. SP-2694, S-2018 - An ordinance authorizing the City Mayor, honorable Herbert M. Bautista, to acquire through negotiated sale or expropriation parcels of land identified as lots 401-A-2-A, 401-A-2-C-1 and 401-B-2-A-1, covered by transfer certificates of title (TCT) numbered RT-29409 (28279), RT-13108 (32745) and RT-13109 (90313), respectively, containing an aggregate area of Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty Five (5,245) square meters, more or less, registered under the name of spouses Pablo and Victoria Carreon, located at interior 165, Barangay Bagbag, Quezon City, purposely to be utilized and developed into a socialized housing project for the benefit of the qualified Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
